If you or any of your party have accessibility needs, Tunes in the Park is here to help in any way we can.

Concessions / Tickets

We offer one free standard entry ticket to registered carers accompanying a paying visitor. We ask that carers bring a copy of a letter that states which disability benefits the person they care for gets, or proof that they receive Carer’s Allowance. Please bring this to the box office when you come to collect your wristband and our staff will be more than happy to help. Please also bring valid ID.

Parking

A designated parking area close to the event entrance will be made available. This area will be on grass, and will be approximately 200m from the festival entrance. Please arrive at the normal parking entrance and ask our parking attendants to direct you to the disabled parking area.

If you have particular needs which mean that parking on grass may not be suitable; our team may be able to help with special arrangements for you. Please see the 'further assistance' section below.

Accessibility Area

An area will be designated in the event for wheelchair users within close proximity to the disabled toilets.

Disabled Toiles

Disabled toilets will be provided at the event.

Wheelchair Access

Access to the event site is via a sloped grassy area; if your wheelchair may be unsuitable for such a slope, please see the 'further assistance' section below.

Further Assistance
